The cost for adults and children over 12 is $135.00 per person. Children 2-12 are $40.00 and children under 2 are free.  The cost includes all three meals and the soccer game.  If you have a child who would like to eat an adult meal for the banquet, please add $20.00. We will be ordering t-shirts for the soccer game and for anyone else that would like one - more info on this shortly. You may mail a check to Carol at 3139 Hayden View Drive, Coeur d' Alene, ID 83815 or see the link on this site to pay by credit card. There is, however, an 8% charge from the company and a $0.35 transaction fee.  Please mail checks to Carol by July 1.
